i used them last time i was in Madrid and found their service first class, and right on time. Look at the low cost shuttle service on their web site.
You just have to tell them the address you want to go to and relax. Just call the phone number on the web site to reserve a place, they can drop you off anywhere in Madrid

From Madrid Barajas International Airport:
Take the subway line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, where you will have to switch to line 10 to Hospital Infanta Sofía. Get off at Begoña Station, which is located near the hotel. If you have planned longer trip you can take a car hire Madrid in Airport (http://www.decodecarhire.co.uk/car-hire/spain/madrid/madrid-airport.html) or in this hotel as well.
